On Thursday 14 July, the five finalists of the Penny x Parookaville x Spinnin' Records DJ contest each played an amazing live set at the Parookaville festival site. Their performance was judged by several professionals, including DJ Sam Feldt and Spinnin' Records, who came to the following conclusion:

The winner of this year's DJ Contest is Fadi & Klinko!

The duo wins an impressive prize package: a performance at Parookaville's Deep Blue stage + a (possible) release on Spinnin' Records + a cool Pioneer package, including two CDJ players, DJM mixer, remix station and headphones!

By voting on your favorite track, you and your 3 mates could be on your way to one of the biggest parties and festivals this summer.

Alright, here's the full story. Penny (a huge supermarket chain in Germany) and Parookaville (15-17 July at Airport Weeze in Germany) are doing a DJ Contest this year together with Spinnin' Records! What they're looking for is an original track, produced by you, which you can upload right here. The best tracks will be listened to by a professional jury, including world famous DJ/producer Sam Feldt, one of Spinnin's A&R’s, Parookaville initiator Bernd Dicks and Marcus Haus, the Head of Marketing at Penny.

After this, five finalists will be welcomed to Parookaville to play a special DJ set the night before the festival officially kicks off. So, better make sure your DJ skills are up-to-date, you're gonna need them! Then the jury, including Sam Feldt and Spinnin’ Records, will judge your performance. After this, the winner will be chosen.
