LG Electronics is a multinational electronics company from South Korea. LG produces lots of different electronic products ranging from refrigerators to televisions and mobile devices. With the introduction of the LG G7 ThinQ, LG is ready to take on the mobile phone market.


Create brand awareness for the LG G7 ThinQ phone and showcase the USP’s like the display, audio and camera in a natural way through posts on social media by influencers.


The campaign consisted of showcasing the phone and its features through posts on Mike Williams’ social media channels in a natural way and afterwards giving the phone away to a lucky fan. The first post Mike did was to announce the campaign and the giveaway. Fans were asked to respond why they should win Mike’s LG G7 ThinQ, which resulted in 135 comments. The second post Mike did was a picture of him taking a selfie with the LG G7 ThinQ, showing the pone is ideal for taking great pictures. The last post Mike did was a promo for his vlog where he tests out all the USP’s of the LG G7 ThinQ. For example, he shows how good the audio is by playing his radio show Mike Williams On Track on full volume at a busy airport. After the last post, Mike picked a winner and sent the phone to him. The winner also posted on his socials about the phone afterwards. The campaign reached 55.487 people on social media and Mike’s vlog is currently sitting at 9,323 views.
