Release Administrator

Hilversum, Netherlands , 24 hours


As Release Administrator you are the key facilitator for the A&R Team and Digital Distribution team. You support the team in the direct communication to our artists, management, internal and external contacts. Tracking and communicating with Team Distribution and manage the upcoming releases. You support the A&R Coordinator with the release schedules, help with the coordination and you’ll take care of numerous administrative and support-oriented tasks for the A&R department. In this role you are responsible for the following:

  • You support the A&R Coordinator with:
  • The administration of planning and managing release processes;
  • Working closely with internal and external contacts to organize project planning;
  • Taking care of the project administration and accurately update in the CRM;
  • In absence of the A&R Coordinator you are able to step in.

Furthermore, you support the Digital Distribution team in finding and administrate the correct information for label copies. You will work closely with the Legal team as well to ensure that all information is collected and organized.  You are a support role for both A&R and Digital Distribution.

  • You have a relevant degree, at least MBO
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the music industry
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and highly organized with a “can-do” mentality and ability to work independently
  • Your extensive administrative experience ensures that complex planning run smoothly.
  • Works efficiently, also under pressure, structured and accurate
  • You have great communication & interpersonal skills which you use for the right tone of voice to our different artists
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
  • You are parttime (24 hours) available, for 4 – 5 days a week.
