WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced Motion Designer who knows exactly how to make professional and on high quality creative visuals to support our diverse roster of artists and releases. You have a good understanding of both 2D and 3D in combination with an interest to stay on top of the latest trends and developments to apply the right creative decisions to create a cohesive narrative.

The products you’ll be working on are mostly focused on visualizers to accompany our tracks on our video channels, as well as marketing materials for our creative campaigns. You have an excellent eye for Design and Motion in combination with a perfect understanding of time and project management.

Please note we are looking for a fulltime in-house senior Motion Designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are responsible for all tasks related to animation and motion graphics;
• In collaboration with our in-house Designers and Marketeers you create moving visuals for releases, artists and the Spinnin’ Records brand;
• In addition to production work, you also contribute to other creative projects such as annual events, festivals, and artist collaborations;
• You initiate proactive design ideas and pitch them to relevant stakeholders;
• You will support and work closely with the Head of Design in translating the strategy into artwork and design.

ABOUT YOU

• You are up to date with the latest trends and developments;
• You have 3-5 years of experience working in Motion Graphics as a freelancer or in a studio;
• You have excellent knowledge of After Effects and Premiere;
• You have a perfect understanding of style, color, composition and motion;
• You know how to solve creative problems in an efficient way and can work independently;
• You are based in the Netherlands or eligible to work in the Netherlands;
• You are a team player with good commutations skills and are used to work in a fast-paced environment;
• You can create creative visuals both on 2D and 3D and you have a portfolio with displaying a multidisciplinary skillset of both 2D and 3D work (3D Modelling is not Required);
• You have experience in C4D, Redshift or Octane (preferably) or any other 3D related software.

DESIRABLE TRAITS

• Preferred bachelor degree in Motion graphics;
• Able to set up static campaign visuals as well;
