DJ/Producer Nick Martincreated 'We Are' together with singer Sam Martin. Nick Martin:"It was a day before playing on XS (Las Vegas) with The Chainsmokers, when we hit the studio with Sam in LA. We were discussing about the anthemic feel of songs and wanted to recreate that. It was a long session in Eastwest's Studio 3 until everything came together in last minutes. The big and anthemic chorus topline followed by the mysterious verse melody. A session to remember."
