Sam Feldt has completed his 3-track Home Sweet Home EP with the cheerful new single ‘Everything About You’. As the full EP was already meant as a helping hand through these difficult times, this third release might very well be the culmination of what the Dutch DJ/producer had in mind: sweet uplifting melodies reminiscing his famed tropical house sound, along with the touching vocals of P<3LLY. This is what feelgood music sounds like, out now on Heartfeldt Records.
These last weeks, Sam Feldt provided as much comfort as he could, releasing new singles of the EP to provide some light in the darkness. Kicking off with its title track, ’Home Sweet Home' was an homage to life at home, a sentimental tune together with Alma and Digital Farm Animals.
Then, Sam Feldt got the fire burning even brighter with second single ‘Best Days’, building a warm atmosphere with gentle guitar chords and the soulful voice of famed Dutch singer Tabitha. A pure and joyous track, it celebrated how the simple life we’re living these days can result in the most special moments.
And if things couldn’t get more upbeat, now here’s ‘Everything About You’, perhaps the most optimistic tune on the EP. Featuring the wonderful vocals of P<3LLY, the track builds on good vibes with sweet tropical house rhythms and a warm and compelling chorus that’s sure to stick in your mind for days. It’s a love story, a welcome escape from current events, giving you the chance to return to sun drenched festivals and beach parties - if only for a moment.
That’s what music is for. Sam Feldt offers an array of emotions on this EP, this time using his trademark sound to provide some solace and relief. So, whatever happens next, at least some good came out of it.
