Joe Stone is the alter ego of Dutch artist Maurice Oude Booyink, who's been working as a DJ/producer for years. Initially making waves with a popular 90s styled house sound, he's by now evolved into an allround hit producer, producing timeless tunes and remixes for some of the biggest names out there.
2019 saw Joe Stone continue his triumphal path, delivering remixes for Robin Schulz and Sam Feldt (for whom he successfully reshaped the global hit tune 'Post Malone'), but also clearing a sample from Janet Jackson to deliver the fresh club gem 'Nothing Else (When I Think Of You)'. Meanwhile, he kept touring the globe with his feelgood house sound, performing at the world's most popular clubs and festival stages.
And now, as 2020 is in full swing, Joe Stone has already made some serious moves, releasing a sweet collab with Camden Cox in the shape of 'Mind Control', followed by the much anticipated teamup with Four Of Diamonds, resulting in the mesmerizing new single 'Superstar'.

She Keeps Bees
She Keeps Bees is a duo from Brooklyn, NY, consisting of singer guitarist Jessica Larrabee and drummer/producer Andy LaPlant. They have self-recorded and released music made at home since 2006. Their debut album, ‘Minisink Hotel’, was described by NYC's Other Music as ‘the best album you've never heard.’ ‘Nests, their second full-length, was admired by the Guardian as “sparse, soulful and defiantly retro.” Their third LP, ‘Dig On’, was praised by the BBC as "an album of fire, spirit, and sweat." Overall their work within their stripped-down guitar and drums setup drew comparisons to artists like Cat Power and PJ Harvey.
Their Eight Houses album also includes the single ‘Owl’, which later on has seen electronic dancefloor reworks by Redondo & Boiler (Every Single Piece) and now in 2020 ‘Desire’, a version by Deepend.
Interesting enough, since She Keeps Bees own sound is sitting deep in the Indierock scene, Larabee also showed a certain interest in electronica. She has lent her vocals to some underground electronica/house productions, e.g.. as Jessica Elle for Tech house hit ‘Thrill Of Love’ by Levon Vincent and she has been guest vocalist on Groove Armada's Grammy- nominated album Black Light, as well as she'll be featured on their forthcoming oeuvre.
