With lots of shows and festivals still to play before September, Don Diablo is having one hell of a packed-out summer. But he’s not forgotten to keep his fans well served with great music, with anthem after anthem released over the last few months. The latest monster is 'Heaven To Me', his second collaboration with Top 10-smashing UK vocalist, Alex Clare, and this one is already a huge fan favourite.
A real future house anthem with a big vocal, 'Heaven To Me' is another superb collaboration from Don Diablo. You’d be hard pressed to find another dance producer with such a knack for picking perfectly-matched artists to work with. Alex Clare broke into both the UK and US Top 10 with his hit 'Too Close', and has since featured on tracks with the likes of Rudimental, Sub Focus, Bakermat—and of course, 'Give It All' with Don Diablo and Kelis.
"I originally premiered an almost finished version of 'Heaven To Me' at Tomorrowland 2017. Since that day it has been the most requested ID I have ever had. From the first day I played it up until now I have been getting dozens of requests to release the record. It took me a little over a year to finish the record and now I am finally able to share the finished version with the world. This record is special to me because it's the perfect showcase of my trademark sound as a producer, it contains a strong motivational lyrical message and it features one of my favourite male vocalists, Alex Clare, with whom I have collaborated before six years ago for a song called 'Give It All', which also featured Kelis and also contained a very personal message. Releasing 'Heaven To Me' now feels like it's all gone full circle." - Don Diablo
