SPINNIN' RECORDS PARTNERS UP WITH THE INDONESIAN ELECTRONIC MUSIC PRODUCER CONTEST(EMPC)

Spinnin’ Records partnered up with the Indonesian electronic music producer contest or "Electronic Music Producer Contest" (EMPC). Since its inaugural implementation in 2019 by ICEPERIENCE.ID, EMPC has become the locomotive for the emergence of talented electronic music producers in Indonesia. Spinnin’ Records got on board to be part of the judging process, give a masterclass/workshop to the top producers of the contest and help promote the contest through a paid media campaign. On top of this the winner of the EMPC 2021 will got the opportunity to release their music globally on a Spinnin' Records imprint.
 
EMPC 2021 is an implementation of #localICEMovement which seeks to become a locomotive to accommodate local talents in producing higher quality works so that they can strengthen the electronic music ecosystem in Indonesia. Through that spirit, EMPC provides various education, inspiration, and motivation in each stage of the process. Giving local local electronic music producers the tools to become a legacy.
 
Spinnin’ Records and EMPC by ICEPERIENCE.ID share the same goal of educating young talent, providing them with tools to improve their skills and offering the opportunity to go international with their music.
Which makes this partnership a perfect fit.
 
From hundreds of submissions a professional jury selected a Top 20 contestants that attended multiple workshops and masterclasses. From this top list, the Spinnin’ A&R team selected the Top 3 and eventually the winner of EMPC by ICEPERIENCE.ID

We have proudly announced Alief Reynaldi with the track ‘Lights (feat. Mirriam Ekka)’ as the winner of EMPC 2021! The track was released on the imprint Spinnin’ Records Asia, check it out here.
