Avanel has been a good friend of mine since Freshman year of high school. We bonded over the fact we both made music electronically and ever since then, we've always wanted to collaborate on a song. While this is a remix of his song, I'd describe the work more like a collaboration as there are things that he does really well that I don't and there are things I can bring to a track that he can't. I am really pleased with how this came out and am looking forward to being featured on his Remix EP.
